The observation deck is situated in between the trail kilometer 4 to 5 at Maxwell Hills, Taiping. The site is at the tiered retaining walls with a good view towards Taiping town. The construction of this observation deck is made of timber and to be supported by steel structure that rest on the existing retaining wall.
