The idea of structural system for this proposal is derived from wood-stacking pattern; each wood block is supporting each other by staggering in vertical direction up to 21 storeys.

The octagonal module is a metaphor of wood block; it is designed to accommodate the space within the module. Each module carries the size of platform approximately 30sqm, and the modules are linked horizontally to form a block module.

The block module is hence rotated in vertical axis offering the vantage. Each block module will house five (5) residential units. The size of residential unit is ranged from 623 to 1226 square feet.  A communal area is allocated at each block module, this will be the area where the communication between the residents take place.
